PROJECT / LINK WORKER - FLOURISH SOCIAL PRESCRIBING SERVICE - 2 DAY

Applications are invited for the above temporary post for an initial
3-month period with the possibility of an extension to a one-year
contract depending on funding. This post is for 2 days a week, of
which one day is in Claremorris. Candidates must have a relevant third
level qualification in the health /community / social area such as
social studies, community work, counselling, health promotion or
similar or equivalent. Previous experience of working in a health or
community setting is desirable.
